Content Planning: How to Batch a Week of Posts in One Sitting

here's the thing that changed everything: one focused session a week and the rest of the week just executes. that's it. that's the whole secret.
so how do you actually do it? first, figure out your content pillars — those recurring themes your audience follows you for. for most of us it's stuff like behind-the-scenes, tips, personality moments, and promos. when you know your pillars you're not starting from a blank page every time, you're just filling slots.
